今天这篇“天行人不断学习系列三之学生感悟篇”的作者是高一(1)班方子杨 Jacker 同学,此次“世界名校学术之旅”对Jacker而言是收获之旅——收获了知识、收获了眼界、收获了友情。让我们更欣慰的是此次游学让他明白“采他人之石,以攻己之玉”,在天行今后的学习岁月里,他将加倍努力,艰辛付出,脚踏实地、刻苦勤奋地实现自己的梦想和追求。
At the beginning of 2020, I followed the "Teensen No. 1 middle school study tour" to London, UK. On January 12, solstice, 22, I started the "academic tour of world famous universities". Although only 10 days, but for me destined to be a very important growth career, very memorable, very happy a good time. This trip to England has been a rewarding journey for me -- a journey of knowledge, a journey of vision and a journey of friendship.
The so-called "study tour" is to learn by traveling. Travel is fun and knowledge is more expensive. This study tour thousands of miles away, back and forth each experience more than ten hours of air flight. In London, we also like flying in the sky of knowledge, a few days of intensive learning, students deeply feel what is called knowledge bombing.
At the beginning, professor Zhang completed the course in a mixed way with English and Chinese. Since there was no language barrier, we took an active part in the course and responded enthusiastically. The classroom atmosphere was very harmonious. But then there were two foreign professors lecturing, which got us a little confused. Whether it is to answer a question, ask a question or communicate in class, we have to think carefully and then carefully to express, for fear of making mistakes that foreign professors do not understand or make others laugh. Through the vivid body language of the two professors, their positive teaching guidance methods and the exquisite pictures in the PPT, we gradually adapted to the situation and gradually entered into a better situation. Finally, we were able to have a simple conversation with foreign professors.
In the past ten days, we have learned the methods of observing things through the Book of Changes, the evolution of buildings in London, the impact of climate on the human environment, how to save energy, reduce emissions and control the harm caused by global warming, the economic globalization in the era of network big data, and so on. In particular, in a classroom practice, the teacher arranged group role-playing, and all the groups discussed and cooperated with each other. Finally, the "control of global warming" was completed. The whole course was both entertaining and entertaining, realizing a seamless connection between theory and practice. I applaud such clever instructional design!
I think this study content design is reasonable, teachers are properly arranged, learning methods are flexible, practical case teaching, learning effect is remarkable, I have gained a lot of precious knowledge. In the classroom, the teacher's explanation is full of fun and interesting, with good guidance, so that the students are intoxicated and full of imagination.
This study was held in a foreign country, which was a special learning experience. It opened my eyes and broadened my horizon, which was something I could not learn in class. At the university of Cambridge, we visited eight famous Bridges, among which the bridge of mathematics impressed me the most. I heard that before it was built, there was not a nail in its whole body, but a stable structure composed of mathematical figures. Then we went to see the famous apple tree, to see what a great tree it was, and the fall of an apple made Newton discover the law of gravitation, which affects the world. Usually in the daily itinerary, the guide often tells you some "international rules", such as the holiday can not go directly, to the professor for instructions; If you are usually polite, warm and generous, it is easy to get the professor's attention and he may even invite you to dinner at his house. We also went to famous and everybody admire already a long time of imperial college (IC), a towering pagoda, in the middle of the campus is the home of the British institute of physics, because the society is composed of men, so also called Gentleman club, but there can be more than a physicist, at the same time there are a lot of mathematicians and chemists. At the end of the trip, we came to university college London (UCL) for a three-day course. The international teaching mode and modern teaching facilities opened the students' eyes.
Ten days of study tour, we through the bond of learning, to enhance the friendship, we spend ten days together, and learning links to cooperate with each other, discussion links to fully exchange, life links to help each other, we forged a deep friendship. This time I served as the captain, I felt a responsibility and a burden. This is both a workout and a challenge for me. I try to be strict with myself and contribute my best efforts where the team needs me. For example, I usually make PPT for students. But I also have shortcomings, communication with foreigners, sometimes rely on teammates to help. I am a very democratic team leader, and I will discuss everything with the team members. Because I am too democratic, sometimes I am even "challenged". Most of the time, I will listen to their opinions or let the team members make decisions. This made there was no gap between our team and the friendship grew deeper and deeper. I'm really grateful to have such a group of players and it's my honor.
This is my first time to go to Britain, I have felt the weight of western civilization, the developed technology of the west, and the deficiency of myself the gap between me and the world famous universities. To take others' stones to take one's own is the means of progress. After these ten days of travel, I have a general goal and ideal, in the days ahead of the learning years, I will redouble my efforts, hard work, to down-to-earth, diligent to achieve my dreams and pursuit.
